East Pakistan Tornado - 1969
The East Pakistan Tornado was one of the two major tornadoes which struck Pakistan's coast. The tornado occurred in East Pakistan now known as Bangladesh on the 14th of April, 1969. Around 660 people were killed and approximately 4000 people were injured. The tornado struck in the north eastern suburbs resulting in severe causalities. Later, a second tornado struck again and resulted in 223 people being killed making this one of the worst tornado disasters in history. While America was celebrating Neil Armstrong's feet landing on the moon, the people in East Pakistan had trouble keeping their own two feet on the Earth's surface
Daulatpur-Salturia Tornado
The Daulatpur-Salturia Tornado believed to be the world's deadliest Tornado with the catastrophic casualties of 1300 people being killed during this disaster. Occurring during the 26th of April in 1989, the tornado hit the Manikganj District. A disastrous tornado was believed to occur over the drought which was happening during the formation of the tornado and raised the damaging factors. This Tornado was 1 mile long wide and completely leveling a barren land, ripping out the tree roots like they were never there. Casualties reached 1,.300 deaths, 12,000 injured and leaving the 80,000 homeless
Oklahoma Tornado - 2013
The 2013 Oklahoma Tornado is known as the most biggest and enormous tornado in the world's history book. At first the tornado was many other smaller tornado but later combining together to form a massive tornado and the tornado itself lasted around 45 minutes. 23 people were killed and 230 people injured. Pulverizing the Oklahoma suburb of Moore, the tornado was at a EF-4 Tornado with tornado winds being 166 mph The Oklahoma Tornado was 2 miles wide and caused catastrophic damage to the lands
