Shape and SizeTornadoes mostly have a condensation funnel. When the amount of tornadoes have been spotted, the sky above are cloudy. Tornadoes can be obscured by rain or dust. Overall, the tornadoes come in many shape and sizes, depending on the category the tornado is.

RotationDue to the Coriolis effect, large scale storms rotate cyclone cellar. Thunderstorms and small scale storms don't create the rotation which forms the tornadoes. Tornadoes in the Northern Hemisphere rotate, counterclockwise while Southern Hemisphere Tornadoes turn clockwise.
